Malls include Montréal Eaton Centre, Complexe des Jardins, Le Faubourg Sainte-Catherine and the Place Ville Marie. Wander around Old Montréal for knick-knacks and antiques. Boulevard St Denis is Montréal's Latin Quarter, lined with shops, cafés, bistros and bars.

Getting around
The metro is fast and efficient - take a boat along the river and walk around many of the areas. There's also a cheap bus service.
